This Policy sets out cancellation and refund terms for 3D Menu Studio. All amounts are stated in US dollars (USD).
1. Nature of the service
We provide two related services: a one-time project to create a custom 3D/AR menu and a monthly maintenance subscription for a menu that is already live.
2. Refunds
Fees paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law (see section 7). If we fail to deliver the result or cannot bring the menu into conformity with the agreed brief, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered part. The Studio may grant a refund at its sole discretion; granting a refund in one case does not create any obligation to do so in future.
3. Conformity of the work
Until acceptance and payment in full, we revise the menu free of charge to conform to the agreed brief. Once the menu is accepted and paid in full, it is deemed accepted; any subsequent changes requested by the Client are agreed separately and may be chargeable. Such revision is not a refund.
4. Cancelling the maintenance subscription
The first maintenance period is free. You may cancel at any time: further charges stop from the next billing period. The current paid period is non-refundable — the menu stays live until the end of the paid period, after which it is deactivated. After the free period the subscription automatically becomes paid and renews until you cancel; we remind you by email before the first charge, and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
5. How to cancel or raise a payment query

If a refund is granted, it is returned to the original payment card through our payment services provider, typically within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank); if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.
6. Chargebacks
In the event of a payment-related dispute, please contact us first: most issues can be resolved more quickly than through a bank chargeback procedure. This does not limit your right to raise a dispute with your bank; to help us resolve it quickly, please include the date, amount, and payment reference.
7. Business customers and mandatory rights
The service is provided to business customers — companies and sole traders acting for the purposes of their trade or business, not as consumers. Nonetheless, nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have if applicable law still treats you as a consumer.
